Kerryn qualified as a dietician in 2003. After university
she completed her community service year at Montebello hospital,
following which she worked at Stanger Hospital for two years
as a clinical dietician. From 2006 to 2011 Kerryn lived
and worked in London, where she specialised as a paediatric
dietician. She is now back in her home town to start her
own practice and to bring back the experience she gained
abroad.
Kerryn competed in many sports throughout her career and
has therefore always had a keen interest in sports nutrition.
This led her to complete an exercise science course as well
as undertake the two year Sports Nutrition Diploma through
the International Olympic Committee. The IOC Diploma gave
her the opportunity to learn from the leaders in the field
internationally, looking at the latest science driving sports
nutrition.
Kerryn’s main goal is to educate, and to enhance
the performance of, both recreational and professional athletes
via their nutrition plans, and in doing so, help them compete
to the best of their ability. Having seen the impact of
calculated nutrition on well documented sports, such as
running and swimming, she would like to work on the role
that nutrition plays in events such as surfing, golf, mountain
biking, skate boarding and the like.
Kerryn is registered to perform the Discovery Vitality
Nutrition Assessments as well as the CDE assessments. She
has a wealth of experience with type 1 diabetes, being especially
interested in managing athletes with this condition.
“The amount, composition and timing of food intake
can profoundly affect sports performance” –
IOC Consensus.

Our team of physiotherapists are very "hands on" as we
believe this approach is essential in delivering the desired results.
We treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and specialise
in sports injuries, spinal conditions of the neck and back, headaches,
post-operative rehabilitation as well as general maintenance and
conditioning of athletes.
Our typical treatment will consist of a "hands on" soft
tissue release as well as a joint mobilisation or manipulation.
We normally combine electrotherapy or accupuncture to the treatment
depending on the condition.
A comprehensive assessment is given in the first session and exercise
prescriptions are given in the following sessions. Patients may
then be referred to the Biokinetist.

The SCIO inventor, Dr. William Nelson was one of the genius' chosen
for the NASA APOLLO MISSION, sending people into space. His son
was born autistic. He invented the SCIO device to help his son's
condition. To this day his son is no longer autistic.
80 – 90 % of all diseases are caused from stress.
With state of the art, sophisticated technology, the new generation
SCIO device has a matrix of highly complexed programes. Quantum
Biofeedback is the most advanced system of analysis and therapy
available in energetic medicine. It scans the body (like a virus-scan
on a computer) looking for everything from viruses, deficiencies,
weaknesses, allergies, abnormalities and food sensitivities. It
reports on the biological reactivity and resonance in your body
and indicates needs, dysfunctions and vulnerabilities.
Pain free, non invasive! Electrodes attached to your head and limbs
measure and feed frequency, resonance, voltage, galvanic impulses,
electro magnetic current, amperage, proton, electron and resistance
information between the client and the SCIO device. Responses are
measured with unprecedented accuracy. The SCIO device sends an alternate
pulse back, to which the body responds. In turn, the body alters
its own reactance pulse, with profound effects, so you can learn
to increase and manage your energy and stress better. From pain
to no pain, malignant to benign, compulsive to anxiety-free, imbalance
to balance.
